Public Age is a project that reveals the importance of well-designed public space to the health and wellbeing of positive ageing.
The Public Age Meeting House is a prototype for a new social space. It is a mobile structure that can installed easily at different locations around the county. At each location, people who use the space daily, young and old, professionals and citizens, are brought together in a shared public conversation about that space.
The next Meeting House by Public Age will take place in the Samuel Beckett Civic Centre, Ballyogan from 3-4pm on the 15th of August.
