Architecture, Design and Medicine in the RCPI – 13th and 14th October
The Royal College of Physicians of Ireland Heritage Centre is promoting a series of events relating to architecture, design and medicine as part of RCPI’s St Luke’s Symposium.
On Monday 13th October from 11:00 until 17.00 there will be guided tours of the college’s Kildare Street building and the RCPI’s Design and Ideas Competition for Architecture Students will be on display throughout the day.
On Tuesday 14th October from 10:00 until 15:00 a series of Heritage Centre lectures under the theme of ‘Architecture, Design & Medicine’ will explore the interplay between medicine and architecture, both today and 150 years ago when the College’s home at No 6 Kildare Street was built.
