The Wood Marketing Federation will hold the presentation of the 2016 Third Level Student Wood Awards by Andrew Doyle TD, Minister of State with responsibility for forestry at the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, with an introduction by Duncan Stewart. Meet Ireland’s innovative third level students who use wood as an inherent element in their projects and see some of their work. These explore wood in a wide range of uses in the following categories;
- Engineering in construction
The objective of the awards is to encourage students to explore functional, aesthetic and design aspects of wood and wood products.
