Diatec & Amicus Technology have recently announced the launch of a new strategic partnership which sees the two Autodesk software, training and consultancy providers combine resources in a new company – Diatec Amicus Technology.

The company, which is part of the Diatec Group, will “combine the strengths of both organisations into one team, providing you with access to more support resources and a broader range of products and services across a wider geographical area.”

The complementary product expertise and process capabilities of the two companies create an even stronger partnership and will make the new firm the largest Autodesk Gold partner in Ireland, with both the capacity and capability to supply a broader range of product solutions, enhanced support, training and consultancy in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Civil Infrastructure & GIS.

Autodesk Northern Europe Channel Sales Manager, Andrew Paish, says, “This is a positive move for Autodesk and Autodesk end customers in Ireland. The combination of the AEC industry know how and technical strengths of Diatec with the experience and expertise of the Amicus Technology team, particularly in the Civil Infrastructure & GIS field, creates a strong platform for future growth. Autodesk is committed to working closely with Diatec Amicus Technology to further build on this platform and drive the ongoing development of the business across Ireland.”
